Time is still

Time is still and we move through it. It’s relative don’t you see. As spiritual creatures we are unique. Our bodies are time traveling machines for the soul. Our spirit allows our mind to remember the past and imagine the future, but our soul experiences life in the present. This is why good experiences appear to speed up time and bad experiences seem to slow it down. Death of the body is the only thing that appears to stop our journey through time. How else is one to experience and appreciate an infinite existence without first experiencing a finite one with a beginning and an end?

We have vivid memories and powerful imaginations that sometimes overwhelm the present. If we worry about what has already happened we are living in the past. If we worry about what has not yet happened we are living in our imaginations. We must focus our mental and emotional energy on the here and now, right now, here in this moment. We have to make right now big enough. We have to make the present moment big enough for everything. We must realize we live our entire live right now. Here. In the present moment. Be mindful of this simple fact. Use your human senses to ground yourself in the present. Breathe. You can fit everything in the infinitely small space between the past and the future. Breathe in. Welcome to right now. Breathe out. Repeat. Not just in between breathes, but there is space in between your thoughts as well. In between your thoughts of memories and your thoughts of your imagination is real time thinking. Being.

5th Dimension

O mind, we must think beyond the known, We must reach, we must reach into the fifth dimension, Where the borders blur, where the edges bend....
