5th Dimension

O mind, we must think beyond the known,

We must reach, we must reach into the fifth dimension,

Where the borders blur, where the edges bend.

Come now—let me lay this table,

A feast of dimensions to stretch the soul’s sight.

The first, a single point in time,

Simple as a spark in the vast dark of Now.

The second, back and forth, up and down—

It stretches out, flat, a sheet of the world,

A plane of beginnings, but no depth.

Then behold the third—back and forth, up and down, front to back,

Here, volume grows, shape becomes whole,

An object forms, alive with depth and mass.

We are creatures bound to this third layer,

Dancing through a fourth: time’s flowing river.

We walk, three-dimensional, through time’s deep pulse,

Carved and shaped by each ticking second.

Now consider, the fifth calls from within—

A dimension of in and out, where space is born anew,

Where there is not just outer, but inner space,

Unfathomable, endless, yet boundless within.

We have ventured to the stars, cast our gaze far,

Exploring this outer space, infinite, vast,

Witnessing an ever-expanding cosmos beyond.

Yet pause, before your mind’s compass melts—

We have seen outer worlds, let us look inward now,

With the same burning zeal, the same hunger for truth.

For within, too, lies an Inner-verse unbound,

Equally endless, equally deep.

There, hear without ears, see without eyes,

Speak with no voice—the soul’s pure speech.

It is here, in the heart of our own hidden universe,

We find the Soul, the quiet well of all we are.

It is here, after death, we will travel and know,

The birth of the quantum-verse, the realm of pure thought,

Where our minds drift each night as we sleep,

Where we journey, unbound, into vastness within.

Time is still

Time is still and we move through it. It’s relative don’t you see. As spiritual creatures we are unique. Our bodies are time traveling machines for the soul. Our spirit allows our mind to remember the past and imagine the future, but our soul experiences life in the present. This is why good experiences appear to speed up time and bad experiences seem to slow it down. Death of the body is the only thing that appears to stop our journey through time. How else is one to experience and appreciate an infinite existence without first experiencing a finite one with a beginning and an end?

We have vivid memories and powerful imaginations that sometimes overwhelm the present. If we worry about what has already happened we are living in the past. If we worry about what has not yet happened we are living in our imaginations. We must focus our mental and emotional energy on the here and now, right now, here in this moment. We have to make right now big enough. We have to make the present moment big enough for everything. We must realize we live our entire live right now. Here. In the present moment. Be mindful of this simple fact. Use your human senses to ground yourself in the present. Breathe. You can fit everything in the infinitely small space between the past and the future. Breathe in. Welcome to right now. Breathe out. Repeat. Not just in between breathes, but there is space in between your thoughts as well. In between your thoughts of memories and your thoughts of your imagination is real time thinking. Being.

1.9 Years

1,000,000 minutes equals 1.9 years. What can you accomplish in 1.9 years? Or the question should be  what do you want to accomplish in 1.9 years. Does a challenge or an assignment expand to fill its allotted time? If so I have have discovered a problem with my 1,000,000 minutes challenge. Or maybe it is not a problem or better yet, that’s the beauty of it. I’ll be back in 1,000 minutes with an answer.

Happy birthday

28,382,403 minutes old or
473,040 hours old or
19,710 days old
Puts some perspective on being 54 years old. Sure I’m old, but over 28 million minutes old omg! When I tried one last calculation for seconds my iPhone calculator answer with an e in it (1.7####e#) now that crazy. I’ve lived so many one second moments that my iPhone couldn’t calculate it. If you were to tell me I had 1,000,000 minutes to go my initial thought is that I would have time enough to accomplish anything. I’ve had 28 of those expanses of time. 28! OK not really sure what I’m getting at, what’s your point you might ask. I don’t know. I’m just loosing track of time writing about time. Seem like a hell of a lot of time though. One million minutes! Said with a Dr. Evil accent makes it seem like even more time.
Maybe my point is all about perspective. Now that I’m past middle age my perspective has definitely shifted. I may not have 28 more millions left in my life, but by the Grace of God I surely at least have several more left. So that begs the obvious question for me to ask. What do I want to do with my next one million minutes? I’m the next 1,000,000 minutes I would like to accomplish something special. Since it’s my birthday I won’t expect an answer tonight, but let’s say in the next 1,000 minutes I will return here to About Time and Being with and answer. OK then, good night. See you in 16.67 hours with an answer.

God’s Speed

What does the words God’s Speed mean to you? I’ve been wishing people
God’s Speed for many weeks and I just realized I’m not exactly sure what it means. We can only assume God is pretty fast. Being outside of time may make him incredibly fast and incredibly slow all at the same time. Infinite speed and infinite slowness sound like superpowers. Being outside time makes for the possibility of infinite time. God’s speed may be a combination of time, space and being  making the all important question. In the mean time, I will continue to bestow it upon those around me. My time. Their time. Our time. Is it really possible to possess time? Time is to nebulous to possess it completely. We do give it away. We squander is all the time. Waste it procrastinating. Loose it entertaining ourselves. We sleep it away. I’m dozing as I write those so I will close. Thank You for this time. Thank you for helping me make right now big enough. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.
God’s Speed

Hope

Hope is the difference. The true antidote to despair. Pessimism is easy. Optimism takes effort. Hope requires so much more. The optimist believes in the end everything will work out fine. Things have a way of working themselves out for the better. Hope takes faith. Hope requires Love. Hope knows it will be OK even when it isn’t. Hope rises in the face of failure. Hope conquers. Hope comforts. Hope floats. One of the greatest gifts from our creator is the evolution of the human ability to Hope. When reason fails Hope avails. When our intellect condemns out fate Hope finds a way. When our chances are a million to one there is Hope. There is no worse a state of mind than hopelessness. To give up Hope is to give up on life itself. If you loose Hope you are lost. When all is lost choose Hope. Never give it up. Hope is Soul food. You mind, body and Spirit thrive on Hope. It is the very essence of your Heart and Soul and with it they can make miracles happen.
I wish Thee Hope and Happiness all the days of your life. I pray Thee have Hope in the dark times for it will light the way. Exercise optimism as it will show the path to take. Choose Love for without it there is no Hope. When all else fails have Hope. Have Hope in the face of despair. Have Hope when all is lost. Have Hope for a better tomorrow. Choose Hope as an antidote for despair. Be Hopeful and seize the day.

COVID-19 Staying Home and Loosing Track of Time

As we shelter in place at home as a family from the threat of the COVID-19 Global Pandemic during this unprecedented time in human history I have observed time fly and crawl at the same time. If you have read the previous posts on this blog you will understand when I call this an awesome display of God’s Will. In this time of great fear and uncertainty it is more important than ever to have a clear and firm grasp on reality. I have said and written previously that God’s Will is all about what is. It is not about how we want or hope or wish things to be. Reality is God’s Will. Our ability to change our own world by our own thoughts, decisions and actions is a Devine gift. We can use our own God given Divine Spirit to create our own world or our own Universe as long as what we create is in alignment with reality. Pray not for what you want, but pray for the ability to abide by God’s Will. Praying for Spiritual abilities like the ability to Love or Reason or for Wisdom is the path to creating miracles. Dear God please grant me the clear thinking to articulate this idea so that I may abide by Thy Will and create a better world for me and my family. Please grant me the Wisdom to know Thy Will and the Strength to do what is right.
I think I just made right now big enough to understand God’s Will. This moment has been timeless. Me being able to articulate this thought is truly a miracle. Grateful for this time and space to write it down. Tomorrow is uncertain, but right now is clear. I will pray myself to sleep and in the morning be ready and able to abide in the reality of the next right now. See you then. Good night.
